Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for sales and promotion of company products.
2. Responsible for planning and executing the entire sales process within the sales region and achieving sales targets.
3. Responsible for collecting and mastering market trends and adjusting sales plans according to market demands.
4. Responsible for providing feedback on competitor information within the region.
5. Maintain customer relationships and develop long-term cooperation plans.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above (candidates with excellent qualifications may be considered with a junior college degree), priority will be given to candidates with majors in building materials, marketing, business administration, or engineering management.
2. 3-5 years of sales experience, sales experience in the building materials industry, familiarity with building materials products and markets are preferred.
3. Master Industry Trends, market demands, competitive landscape and policies and regulations.
4. Possess market development capabilities, able to formulate and implement sales strategies, and develop new customers.
5. Skilled in customer relationship management, able to establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships.
6. Possess excellent negotiation skills, able to facilitate cooperation and achieve sales targets.
7. Skilled in developing sales plans, breaking down tasks, and ensuring target achievement.
8. Able to clearly convey product advantages and gain customer trust.
9. Able to complete tasks under pressure, adapt to frequent business trips and fast-paced work.
10. Possess good professional ethics, work diligently and responsibly, and value teamwork.
11. Priority will be given to candidates with abundant customer resources or channel resources in the building materials industry.
12. Class C driver's license.
