Application Range:
Construction of grouting materials for post-tensioned bonded prestressed concrete conduits in large-scale projects such as highways, bridges, and nuclear power plants.
Construction Process:
The grouting method for post-tensioned concrete structures should comply with the following regulations:
◆ Post-tensioned conduit grouting should comply with the requirements of the current national standard "Code for Construction of Concrete Structures" GB50666.
◆ Before formal grouting, representative conduits should be selected for grouting experiments.
◆ During the grouting process, no other admixtures or supplementary cementitious materials should be added to the cement-based grouting material; otherwise, it may easily lead to product quality problems.
◆ Mixing: Mixing should be carried out strictly in accordance with the product instructions.
◆ Grouting: Grouting should be carried out as soon as possible after mixing, and appropriate grouting methods should be used as required.
◆ Cleaning: Clean all construction tools and equipment with water.
◆ Protective Measures: Protective gloves and goggles should be worn during construction.
